Welcome to the Mundy Pond Shotokan Karate Home Page.

Our Karate Dojo(school) teaches traditional Japanese Karate developed by Gichin Funikushi, considered to be the founder of modern karate. Our Sensei(chief instructor), Bruce Lee who was recently raised to 7th Dan teaches his style based on great Masters such as the late Hidetaka Nishiyama and also Masami Tsuruoka 10th Dan karate Masters whom Sensei has studied under for many years. We are members of the Newfoundland Karate Association(NKA).

Our Dojo schedule is:

Monday & Thursday 6pm-9pm, summer schedule (adults only) for July and August is Thursday 7:30pm to 9:00pm
